  • Neither CDS nor any Affiliate of CDS guarantees the timeliness, sequence, accuracy or completeness of the BBO Data Feed.

  • Licensee acknowledges and agrees that pursuant to this Agreement and NAR MLS Policy Statement 8.7, except to the extent expressly set forth in this Agreement, this License does not give third-parties access to Telluride MLS Listing Information data and does not give Licensee permission to provide unfettered use of MLS Listing Information or BBO Data to third- parties.

  • All copyrights and intellectual property rights are the exclusive property of the MLS and are being provided with a limited license to access and use the BBO Data.

  • Licensee agrees that all data requests from the BBO Feed will be made by individual human users accessing the BBO Data through the BBO Feed, and no automated processes shall be used to generate data requests from the BBO Feed.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, CDS will provide notice to Customer not less than sixty (60) days prior to the effective date of any technical change in the BBO Data Feed (and not less than one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the effective date of any major technical change in the BBO Data Feed) unless CDS reasonably determines that circumstances require it to make the change upon shorter notice.

  • CDS expressly reserves the right to disseminate the BBO Data Feed to other Persons.

  • Licensee shall supply credentials to all systems that use Telluride MLS BBO Data or MLS Listing Information and Licensee shall not attempt to block or otherwise interfere with Telluride MLS’s monitoring or review of, attempts to penetrate, or gain access to, any server or Licensee’s other systems and controls.

Permitted use(s) of BBO Data include only the following:  Brokerage management systems that only expose BBO Data to the Broker and Agents licensed with the Broker.  Customer relationship management (CRM) and transaction management tools that only expose the BBO Data to the Broker, Agents licensed with the Broker, and their bona fide clients as established under state law.  Agent and brokerage productivity and ranking tools and reports that only expose the BBO Data to the Broker and Agents licensed with the Broker.  Marketplace statistical analysis and reports in conformance with NAR MLS Policy Statement 7.80, which allows for certain public distribution. Any public representation based in whole or in part on information supplied by the MLS must clearly disclose the source of the information and the period of time over which such claims are based. Related to BBO Data

  • GLO Data means any data or information, which includes PII and/or SPI as defined below, collected, maintained, and created by the GLO, for the purpose of providing disaster assistance to individuals, that Provider obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto. GLO data does not include other information that is lawfully made available to the Provider through other sources.

  • Portfolio Data means the Key Terms in relation to all outstanding Trades between you and us in a form and standard that is capable of being reconciled. The information comprising the Portfolio Data for Portfolio Data Delivery Date will be prepared as at the close of business New York time on the immediately preceding Business Day.
