  • THERAVANCE, acting through the TELAVANCIN Product Management Team, shall have the overall responsibility for, and use Diligent Efforts in, assuring the performance of all Development activities (x) for the Initial Indications to support an application for Marketing Authorization in the US in accordance with the Detailed Development Plan and Basic Development Plan, and in particular for the desired label identified in the Basic Development Plan, and (y) delivery of the First Commercial Sale Stock.
