Baseline Total definition

Baseline Total means either—
Baseline Total means, in respect of any Performance Quarter or Performance Year as the context may require, the relevant number of Performance Points calculated in accordance with the provisions of Schedule F;
Baseline Total means, in respect of any Performance Quarter or Performance Year (as the context may require), therelevant number of Performance Points calculated in accordance with the provisions of Schedule F; "Bid Date" means the Date of Signature; “Business Day” means a day (other than a Saturday or Sunday) on which banks are open for domestic business in the cityof Edinburgh; "Business Interruption Cover" has the meaning given to it in Schedule N (Insurance); "C" has the meaning given to it in paragraph 3 of ScheduleE; “Capital Expenditure” means any expenditure which falls to be treated as capital expenditure in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles in the United Kingdomfrom time to time; "CBS Private Capital non marine index" means the index maintained by Lloyds insurance andaccessed at http://www.cbs-lloyds.co.uk/cgi- bin/mri/filereader.pl; "Cell" means a secure unit of accommodation in the Prison for occupation by a Prisoner or Prisoners (including segregation units and secure units for occupation by a Prisoner or Prisoners in the healthcare centre of thePrison); "Cell Certificates" means certificates issued in accordance with Clause 20(Cell Certification); “Change in Law” means the coming into effect after the date of this Contract of :(a) Legislation, other than any Legislation which on the date of this Contract has been published:(i) in a draft Bill as part of a Government Departmental Consultation Paper;(ii) in a Bill;(iii) in a draft statutory instrument; or(iv) published as a proposal in the Official Journal of the European Communities;

  • Baseline Value for each of the Company and the Peer Companies means the dollar amount representing the average of the Fair Market Value of one share of common stock of such company over the five consecutive trading days ending on, and including, the Effective Date.

  • Baseline means the “Initial Small Business Lending Baseline” set forth on the Initial Supplemental Report (as defined in the Definitive Agreement), subject to adjustment pursuant to Section 3(a).

  • Baseline Period means the period used to determine the baseline emission rate for each regulated pollutant under OAR 340 division 222.

  • Baseline area means any intrastate area (and every part thereof) designated as attainment or unclassifiable under section 107(d)(1) (A)(ii) or (iii) of the Act in which the major source or major modification establishing the minor source baseline date would construct or would have an air quality impact for the pollutant for which the baseline date is established, as follows: equal to or greater than one (1) microgram per cubic meter (annual average) for SO2, NO2, or PM10 ; or equal to or greater than 0.3 micrograms per cubic meter (annual average) for PM2.5.

  • Adjusted Total turnover means the turnover in a State or a Union territory, as defined under sub-section (112) of section 2, excluding the value of exempt supplies other than zero-rated supplies, during the relevant period;
