Base Service Charge definition

Base Service Charge means the charges for the Base Service as set out in Part 1 of Annex A.
Base Service Charge or "BSC" is the flat amount charged to CITGO Monthly, except as otherwise provided in Article VII.
Base Service Charge means L103,615.25 (ie L4.45 per square foot)

  • You will procure that each User who elects to utilise the Base Service is made aware of, and agrees to comply with, our Residential Telephone and Internet Terms and Conditions to the extent they relate to use of the Base Service (provided that you (and not the User) will remain liable to us for payment of any charges in connection with the Base Service, including the Base Service Charge).

  • It is acknowledged and agreed that the plots may be built on a phased basis and that the Services shall be provided, and the Base Service Charge shall be payable, in accordance with the phased completion of the plots.

  • If the Commencement Date falls on a day other than the first day of a calendar month, then the Base Service Charge payable by REIT TRS shall be appropriately prorated.

  • Current wholesale rates, which are subject to change, include a Base Service Charge, Minimum Usage Charge, and a volumetric rate per 1000 gallons used.

  • On the Commencement Date, REIT TRS shall pay to BHH, and MF REIT shall cause REIT TRS to pay to BHH, the Base Service Charge due under Section 4 above for the month in which the Commencement Date occurs.

  • The Monthly Base Service Charge per Base Record outlined in Exhibit B is based on a ten (10) year Agreement term.

  • Such cessation of deliveries, however, shall not relieve CITGO from its obligations for payment of the Base Service Charge, except as otherwise provided in this Agreement; provided, however, CITGO shall not be entitled to exercise any rights and remedies under Sections 7.7, 7.8 and 11.3 for such cessation.

Related to Base Service Charge

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.

  • Annual Service Charge as of any date means the maximum amount which is payable in any period for interest on, and original issue discount of, Debt of the Company and its Subsidiaries and the amount of dividends which are payable in respect of any Disqualified Stock.

  • Service Charges means the fees levied by the municipality in terms of its tariff policy for any municipal services rendered in respect of an immovable property and includes any penalties, interest or surcharges levied or imposed in terms of this policy.

  • Bond Service Charges means principal, including mandatory sinking fund requirements for retirement of obligations, and interest, and redemption premium, if any, required to be paid by the authority on obligations.

  • Monthly Service Fee means a monthly charge to a member for continuing care and not as rent, or a daily prorated portion thereof.
