  • In case of failure of the Allottee to pay the Common Charges and Expenses and/or the Township Maintenance Charges, or any interest accrued thereon, on or before the due date, the Allottee authorises the Promoter, BAPL, the Property Management Agency, the TMC or the Association, as the case may be, to adjust such outstanding amounts from the Corpus Deposit.

  • The Allottee hereby acknowledges that it has fully understood that the Aerotropolis is being constructed and/or developed in phases and that any plans for the Aerotropolis (other than for the Project) that have been presented to the Allottee by the Promoter are tentative and subject to change at the absolute discretion of BAPL.

  • In case of any question that may arise as to whether any particular asset or liability and/or employee pertains or does not pertain to the Custom Moulding Business or whether it arises out of the activities or operations of the Custom Moulding Business, the same shall be decided by mutual agreement between Board of Directors of Sintex Industries and Sintex- BAPL.
