Bank Partner Receivable definition

Bank Partner Receivable means each Receivable related to a Participation Interest that is pledged as Collateral hereunder in accordance with Section 2.8 hereof or any other Loan Document.
Bank Partner Receivable means a Receivable originated by a Bank Partner.
Bank Partner Receivable shall have the meaning set forth in the Senior Facility.

Bank Partner Receivable means each Receivables related to a Bank Program Participation Interest.

Related to Bank Partner Receivable

  • Diluted Receivable means a Pool Receivable the entire or partial Unpaid Balance of which is reduced or cancelled due to Dilution.
