Backstop Agreement Order definition

Backstop Agreement Order means the Order Authorizing Debtors to (A) Enter into Backstop Commitment Agreement and Equity Commitment Agreement and (B) Pay Fees and Expenses Thereunder, [Docket No. 424].
Backstop Agreement Order means an order of the Bankruptcy Court approving the Backstop Agreement Motion, which order shall be in form and substance satisfactory to the Requisite Supporting Noteholders and the Company;

  • Consent Order means a support order that reflects the agreement of the noncustodial parent, the custodial parent and the division of child support. A consent order requires the approval of an administrative law judge.

  • Backstop Commitment Agreement means that certain Backstop Commitment Agreement, by and between CEOC and the PropCo Preferred Backstop Investors party thereto from time to time, as the same may be amended, amended and restated, supplemented, or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with its terms, the form of which shall be included in the Plan Supplement.

  • Placement Agency Agreement means the Placement Agency Agreement by and between the Company and the Placement Agent dated the date hereof.
