Backdated Loans definition

Backdated Loans as defined in Section 2.2(b)(ii).

Examples of Backdated Loans in a sentence

  • Except as provided in paragraph (c)(ii) above with respect to Backdated Loans, each such Lender will make the amount of its pro rata share of each borrowing available to the Administrative Agent for the account of the Borrower at the Funding Office prior to 3:00 p.m., Toronto time, on the borrowing date requested by the Borrower in funds immediately to the Administrative Agent.

  • Each borrowing under the Tranche B Commitments shall be in an amount equal to at least C$1,000,000 or a whole multiple of C$100,000 in excess thereof; provided that the limitation on whole multiples in excess of the minimum borrowing amount applicable to borrowings under the Tranche B Commitments shall not be applicable to Backdated Loans.

  • Partial prepayments of CIBC Offered Rate Loans and Prime Rate Loans which are Tranche B Loans shall be in an aggregate principal amount of C$1,000,000 or a whole multiple of C$100,000 in excess thereof; provided that the limitation on whole multiples in excess of the minimum prepayment amount applicable to prepayments of Tranche B Loans shall not be applicable to Backdated Loans.

Related to Backdated Loans

  • Related Loans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1. “Restructuring Loss” means the loss on a modified or restructured loan measured by the difference between (a) the principal, Accrued Interest, tax and insurance advances, third party or other fees due on a loan prior to the modification or restructuring, and

  • Lender PMI Loans Mortgage Loans with respect to which the lender rather than the borrower acquired the primary mortgage guaranty insurance and charged the related borrower an interest premium.

  • Committed Loans means loans made pursuant to Section 2.1(a).

  • Canadian Revolving Loans means the Loans extended by the Canadian Revolving Lenders to the Canadian Borrower pursuant to Section 2.01(b).

  • Impacted Loans has the meaning specified in Section 3.03.
