Availability SLA definition

Availability SLA means that the production instances of the Subscription Service will be Available at least 99.8% of the time during a calendar month, excluding Excused Downtime.
Availability SLA means the percentage of total time during which Customer’s production instances of the Subscription Service are Available during a calendar month, excluding Excused Downtime.
Availability SLA means the Production Availability SLA (as defined in Section 3 below) and the Sandbox Availability SLA (as defined in Section 5 of this CD Schedule C).

Examples of Availability SLA in a sentence

  • Trouble tickets, where the Service Outage cannot be verified with LightEdge's standard diagnostic procedures, do not count towards the Availability SLA.

  • For purpose of the Availability SLA, the duration of a Service Outage shall be deemed to commence upon the opening of a Verifiable Trouble Ticket by LightEdge Technical Support, in response to the Customer request, and ends when the Service Outage ends.

  • Customer is responsible for the physical security of the On-Premise Components and the System Availability SLA does not apply.

  • Service Performance SLA credits will not be given if Service Availability SLA credits are requested against same Customer issue.

  • For purposes of the Availability SLA, the AppDynamics network extends to, includes and terminates at the data center located router that provides the outside interface of each of AppDynamics’ WAN connections to its backbone providers (the “AppDynamics Network”).


More Definitions of Availability SLA

Availability SLA means the service level agreement set out in Schedule 4;
