Association Representative A member of the Association, who has been designated as a representative by the Association or a staff person of the Association.
Union Representative means a representative from the Union authorized by the Union to act on behalf of an Employee.
Commission Representative means the person assigned, in writing, by the Executive Director to be the Commission’s Representative for the project.
Designated Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 6(j)(v) of this Agreement.
Authorized Company Representative means any person who, at the time, shall have been designated to act on behalf of the Company by a written certificate furnished to the Issuer, the Remarketing Agent and the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the Company by any officer of the Company. Such certificate may designate an alternate or alternates.
Major Non-Controlling Authorized Representative means, with respect to any Shared Collateral, the Authorized Representative of the Series of Additional First-Lien Obligations that constitutes the largest outstanding principal amount of any then outstanding Series of First-Lien Obligations with respect to such Shared Collateral.
Registered Representative is defined as a duly registered representative of Broker-Dealer, in good standing, with the authority to sell Contracts as required by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (hereinafter “FINRA”) and who is appointed as a non exclusive agent of the Company and properly licensed and appointed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and the Company’s Licensing, Appointment and Registration policy, as amended from time to time.
Appointed Representative has the meaning set forth in Section 10.1.
Non-Controlling Authorized Representative means, at any time with respect to any Shared Collateral, any Authorized Representative that is not the Applicable Authorized Representative at such time with respect to such Shared Collateral.
Project Representative means the individual(s), including but not limited to the Resident Engineer, to whom the Authority Representative has delegated Project responsibilities. If a Project Representative is appointed, the Project Representative represents the Authority Representative on the Project within the limits of that delegation with respect to any part of the Work.
Authorized Representatives means those persons shown on the list of officers provided by the Borrower pursuant to Section 3.2(a)(iv) hereof or on any update of any such list provided by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent, or any further or different officers of the Borrower so named by any Authorized Representative of the Borrower in a written notice to the Administrative Agent.
Designated Representatives means the Subordination Agent Representatives, the Trustee Representatives and the Provider Representatives identified under Section 2.5.
authorized LEA representative means a LEA administrator designated to be responsible for nonpublic school/agencies. It is understood, a representative of the Special Education Plan Local Area (SELPA) of which the LEA is a member is an authorized LEA representative in collaboration with the LEA. The LEA maintains sole responsibility for the contract, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
Authorized City Representative means the Mayor, City Manager or Director of Finance of the City, or such other Person at the time designated to act on behalf of the City as evidenced by written certificate furnished to the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such Person and signed on behalf of the City by its Mayor. Such certificate may designate an alternate or alternates, each of whom shall be entitled to perform all duties of the Authorized City Representative.
Department Representative means the Manager, Engineering Operations, or designate, who shall represent the Landscape Operations Section for the purposes of this Agreement, or such other person who may be subsequently appointed in writing by the Department Representative and so notified to the Contractor;
Duly authorized representative shall include any person or persons acting within the limits of his or her authority.
District Representative means the Superintendent of the District, or any other person authorized by the Board of Education of the District to act on behalf of the District under or with respect to this Facilities Lease.
public representative means an individual who is not a member, former member, student or former student of any accounting body;
Nominated Representative will mean the person that you have informed us will be handling your affairs on your behalf, including if relevant, your Attorney or Court of Protection Deputy, or individual responsible for making Third Party contributions (as set out in Schedule 2);
Resident Representative means (if any) the individual (or, if permitted in accordance with the Companies Acts, the company) appointed to perform the duties of resident representative set out in the Companies Acts and includes any assistant or deputy Resident Representative appointed by the Board to perform any of the duties of the Resident Representative;
Departmental Representative means the person designated in the Contract, or by written notice to the Contractor, to act as the Departmental Representative for the purposes of the Contract, and includes a person, designated and authorized in writing by the Departmental Representative to the Contractor;
Principal’s Representative means the person nominated by the Principal or other person from time to time appointed in writing by the Principal to act as the Principal’s Representative for the purposes of the Contract.
accredited representative means an individual whose name is included on the Police Station Register and who is accredited by a body recognised by us as competent to grant such accreditation;
Authorized Issuer Representative means any person at the time designated to act on behalf of the Issuer by a written certificate furnished to the Company and the Trustee containing the specimen signature of such person and signed on behalf of the Issuer by its Chairman. Such certificate may designate an alternate or alternates.
foreign representative means a person or body, including one appointed on an interim basis, authorized in a foreign proceeding to administer the reorganization or the liquidation of the debtor’s assets or affairs or to act as a representative of the foreign proceeding;
Agency Representative A person assigned by a primary, assisting, or cooperating federal, state, local, or tribal government agency or private entity that has been delegated authority to make decisions affecting that agency’s or organization’s participation in incident management activities following appropriate consultation with the leadership of that agency. Area: The lands in a described geographic area that are managed and/or protected by the Parties within this Agreement.
