Auditor Resolution definition

Auditor Resolution means the resolution of the Prime City Shareholders approving the appointment and remuneration of the auditor of the Company.
Auditor Resolution means an ordinary resolution, to be voted on and approved by a majority of Shareholders, confirming the re-appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as auditor of the Corporation for the financial year ending December 31, 2020 and authorizing the directors of the Corporation to fix the auditor’s compensation, in substantially the form set out in Schedule “A” hereto;
Auditor Resolution means the ordinary resolution of the Shareholders to be considered at the Meeting to appoint GreenGrowth CPAs as the auditors of the Corporation for the ensuing year and to authorize the Board to fix their remuneration;

Related to Auditor Resolution

  • Master Resolution means the Amended and Restated Master Resolution Establishing The University of Texas System Revenue Financing System adopted by the Board on February 14, 1991, as amended on October 8, 1993, and August 14, 1997.

  • Series Resolution means a resolution of the Corporation authorizing the issuance of a Series of Bonds in accordance with the terms and provisions of the General Trust Indenture, adopted by the Corporation in accordance with Section 204 of the General Trust Indenture.
