Atom Content definition

Atom Content means any material written, edited, sourced or procured from a third party by Atom (other than Client Content) for the purposes of the Agreement. It includes, where applicable, any design, font, colour, layout, format or other matter relating to the appearance of the material, and any such material that is edited, added to or amended by the Client in accordance with this Agreement;

  • If the Client is responsible for or controls the loading or maintenance of Atom Content on its website, it will, or will procure that, any Atom Content is overwritten, replaced or removed from its website within two (2) weeks of receipt of a later version, or of notification that it is out of date.

  • VOC content means the total weight of VOC in a product expressed as a percentage of the product weight (exclusive of the container or packaging), as determined pursuant to sections 94515(a) and (b).

  • Company Content means all editorial content, graphics, data, and information contained in the Report or on the Website, any portion thereof, including the selection, coordination, and arrangement of the editorial content, graphics, data, and information on the Website, and the hierarchy of the Website.
