• Kin Yat shall be responsible for qualifying all subcontractors of all Assigned Components and Generic Components pursuant to Kin Yat’s existing qualification methodology and process.

• Jabil will be responsible for managing the pipeline of all Assigned Components, Generic Components, and any Consigned Components controlled by Jabil to the extent empowered by Company through its Material Authorizations and Purchase Orders.
