Arts Center definition

Arts Center means the amphitheater, plaza, buildings, mall, all roads leading to and from the amphitheater, all parking areas supporting the amphitheater, and surrounding lands located on the Parkway in [at the Telegraph Hill Nature Area,] Holmdel, New Jersey.
Arts Center means that certain ±18,000 square foot cold, dark shell space to be constructed within Building C as part of the Project and conveyed to Herndon at the Arts Unit Closing, for use thereafter by Herndon for public purposes, initially as a center for the exhibition, performance and encouragement of the arts, as generally described in the Project Overview and further defined in the Final Project Plans. The conceptual design for the Arts Center is attached hereto as Exhibit B-1 and incorporated by this reference. The minimum design criteria, including the specifications for the cold dark shell condition, for the Arts Center are attached hereto as a part of Exhibit B-5 and incorporated by this reference.
Arts Center means a structure or complex of structures for the visual and/or performing arts.
