Arrow Transaction definition

Arrow Transaction means the merger of Administrative Borrower with and into Neptune as contemplated by the Merger Agreement.
Arrow Transaction shall refer to the sale by the Company of its Electronic Distribution Group to Arrow Electronics, Inc., pursuant to that certain Agreement of Purchase and Sale dated as of October 1, 1998 by and between the Company and Arrow Electronics, Inc.

  • The provisions of this Section 13 shall similarly apply to successive mergers or consolidations or sales or other transfers other than with respect to the sale of assets pursuant to the Arrow Transaction.
