Arranger Liabilities definition

Arranger Liabilities means all present and future liabilities and obligations, actual and contingent, of the Parent and/or any Debtor to any Arranger under the Debt Documents.
Arranger Liabilities means all present and future liabilities and obligations (whether actual or contingent and whether incurred solely or jointly) of any Debtor or Security Grantor to any Arranger, in its capacity as an Arranger, under the Debt Documents. "Article 55 BRRD" means Article 55 of Directive 2014/59/EU establishing a framework for the recovery and resolution of credit institutions and investment firms.
Arranger Liabilities means the Liabilities owed by the Debtors to the Mandated Lead Arrangers and the Lead Arranger under the Debt Documents.
