Remaining Parties definition

Remaining Parties means, in circumstances where the Primary Care Network Agreement and this Agreement shall terminate pursuant to clause 8 (Voluntary Exit) or clause 9 (Expulsion) in relation to any particular Current Party or Current Parties, the other Current Parties in relation to whom the Primary Care Network Agreement and this Agreement shall continue;]

Remaining Parties means RJG, FWE, Loop and the Company;

• Upon this occurrence, the Operator shall make the payment solely for the benefit of the Remaining Parties, as defined in Article 17 (Withdrawal From Agreement), and the Remaining Parties shall reimburse the Operator for their respective shares of the payment, based on the procedures in Article 17.2 (Response to Withdrawal Notice).

• If one or more but not all of the other Parties join in the withdrawal and become Other Withdrawing Parties, then within forty-eight (48) hours (exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays) of the conclusion of the thirty (30) day joining period, each of the Remaining Parties shall submit to the Operator a written rejection or acceptance of its Participating Interest share of the Withdrawing Party's and Other Withdrawing Parties' Working Interest.

• The Remaining Parties wish to accept the Transferee as their sole counterparty with respect to the New Transactions.

More Definitions of Remaining Parties

Remaining Parties means those BVWACS Parties to this Agreement who remain committed to this Agreement if one or more BVWACS Parties withdraw from this Agreement or is terminated pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
