Arbitrage Agreement definition

Arbitrage Agreement means the Arbitrage Regulation Agreement dated as of December 1, 2013, by and between the City and the Paying Agent, as the same may be amended or supplemented in accordance with the provisions thereof.

Related to Arbitrage Agreement

  • Wage Agreement means the National Bituminous Coal Wage Agreement of 1988, as amended from time to time and any successor agreement.

  • Asset Management Agreement means, as the context requires, any agreement entered into between a Series and an Asset Manager pursuant to which such Asset Manager is appointed as manager of the relevant Series Assets, as amended from time to time.

  • Factoring Agreement means a customary market agreement by and between Holdings or a Restricted Subsidiary and a Factoring Company pursuant to which Holdings or such Restricted Subsidiary shall, pursuant to customary terms for the size and type of transaction involved, sell, transfer and assign its rights, title and interests in certain accounts receivable, specifically identified therein, to a Factoring Company.

  • Framework Agreement means this agreement consisting of the Clauses together with the Framework Schedules and any appendices and annexes to the same;

  • Tax Protection Agreement means, collectively, (a) that certain Tax Protection Agreement, dated as of October 7, 2013 among the Parent, the Borrower, and the other parties named therein and (b) that certain Stockholders Agreement, dated as of August 23, 2016 among Parent and Q REIT Holding LLC, and the other parties named therein (and specifically, the tax related provisions in Article 6 thereof).
