Approved Partner definition

Approved Partner means a Partner that meets all standard requirements in Standard Introducing Partnership Agreement which was accepted by the FXTM during the registration in the Contest and has provided all relevant personal documentation (KYC) and information required.

More Definitions of Approved Partner

Approved Partner means a reseller, distributor, partner, agent or other intermediary (including, without limitation, an Authorized Reseller or a Certified Solution Provider) authorized by OmboriGrid or any of its Affiliates to market, distribute, offer or solicit orders for the Service and/or Apps.
