Application of Settlement Agreement. 10.1 This Settlement Agreement shall apply to, be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of, CAG and the Releasees and Downstream Releasees identified in Section 2 above.

Application of Settlement Agreement. 12.1 This Settlement Agreement shall apply to, be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of, the Plaintiffs and the Released Parties identified in Section 2.1 above.
Application of Settlement Agreement. 10.1 This Settlement Agreement shall apply to, be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of, the Key Sciences Releasors and the Ella’s Releasees. Nothing in this Section 10 shall limit the scope of the releases set out in Section 2.

Nothing in this Settlement Agreement shall alter the Parties’ obligations to be liable for their own taxes or impose any obligations relating to taxes due on the payments made under this Settlement Agreement. CAG, Yeroushalmi & Yeroushalmi and OEHHA shall remain responsible for any taxes due or owing by them on any payments received under this Settlement Agreement.

Application of Settlement Agreement. This Settlement Agreement shall apply to, be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of, Xxxxxxx and the Releasees and Downstream Releasees identified in Section 2 above. Uncas’s compliance with this Settlement Agreement shall constitute compliance with Proposition 65 by Releasees and Downstream Releasees with regard to the Listed Chemical in the Covered Product.
