APPLICABILITY OF. PLAN The provisions of this Plan as set forth in this document are applicable only to the Employees in current employment on or after January 1, 1998, except as otherwise specifically provided. Except as so provided, any person who was entitled to benefits under the Plan as in effect on December 31, 1997, shall continue to be entitled to the same benefits under this Plan.
APPLICABILITY OF. Provisions The provisions of this Article shall apply to any Participant who is credited with at least one Hour of Service with the Employer on or after August 23, 1984 and such other Participants as provided in paragraph 8.8.

  • General Enforceability Exceptions has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

  • Credit Reference Bureau means a credit reference bureau duly licensed under the Banking Act pursuant to the Banking (Credit Reference Bureau) Regulations, 2013, as amended, revised or promulgated from time to time, to inter alia, collect and facilitate the sharing of customer credit information;

  • Enforceability Limitations means (i) bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization, moratorium or similar laws now or hereafter in effect affecting or limiting the enforcement of creditors’ rights generally and (ii) the discretion of the appropriate court with respect to specific performance, injunctive relief or other equitable remedies.

  • Governing Law This Agreement is governed by, and shall be construed in accordance with, English law.

  • REIT Provisions of the Code means Sections 856 through 860 of the Code and any successor or other provisions of the Code relating to real estate investment trusts (including provisions as to the attribution of ownership of beneficial interests therein) and the regulations promulgated thereunder.
