Apple Specifications definition

Apple Specifications means the Apple NFC Value Added Services Protocol Specifications, the Apple Enhanced Contactless Polling Specification, and any additional documentation or specifications related to Apple VAS Technology which Apple may provide to INGENICO during the term of the Apple License Agreement, and any predecessor or successor versions of any of the foregoing, each of which Apple may modify in its sole discretion from time to time.

Examples of Apple Specifications in a sentence

  • The foregoing indemnity obligations shall not apply to Damages to the extent arising as a result of Company’s use of the Apple Specifications in a manner not authorized under this Agreement and such Damages would not have arisen but for such unauthorized use.

  • As part of such Apple License Agreement INGENICO is required to (i) pass through the following provisions to its customers using the INGENICO Products, as defined below, implementing such Apple Specifications, and (ii) require its distributors and resellers of INGENICO Products implementing the Apple Specifications to pass through the following provisions to their end customers using such INGENICO Products.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order: (a) the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, the Program Documentation, the Oracle service descriptions, and the Oracle Corporate Security Practices; (b) Oracle’s privacy policies; and (c) any other Oracle documents that are referenced in or incorporated into Your order. The following do not apply to any non-Cloud Oracle service offerings acquired under Your order, such as professional services: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies and Program Documentation. The following do not apply to any Oracle- provided Software: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies.

  • Functional Specifications means the descriptions of features and functions of the Application as expressly set forth in Quote.

  • TENDER SPECIFICATIONS means the Scope of Work, Special Instructions / Conditions, Technical specifications/requirement , Appendices, Site Information and drawings pertaining to the work and any other relevant reference in the Tender Document for which the Bidder are required to submit their offer.

  • The Specification means the Specification annexed to or issued with G.T.C.C. and shall include the schedules & drawings attached thereto as well as all samples and pattern, if any.

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time.
