Examples of Appendix VI in a sentence

  • Seller shall notify Buyer of a Prolonged Outage as soon as practicable in accordance with the notification provisions in Appendix VI.

  • Whenever this Agreement requires or permits delivery of a “Notice” (or requires a Party to “notify”), the Party with such right or obligation shall provide a written communication in the manner specified herein; provided, however, that notices of Outages or other Scheduling or dispatch information or requests, as provided in Appendix VI, shall be provided in accordance with the terms set forth in the relevant section of this Agreement.
