API Manufacturing definition

API Manufacturing means the Manufacture and supply of the Licensed Compound that is to be included in a Product for Commercialization hereunder.

  • Any Calendar Year-to-year increase in the API Manufacturing Cost in excess of the applicable PPI shall require the good faith negotiation and mutual agreement of the parties.
