Annual Program Fee definition

Annual Program Fee means the annual fee paid for Process Surveillance and Regulatory Support as specified in Sections 3(b) and 3(c) and disposal fees, as set forth in Attachment 1. The Annual Program Fee does not include non-routine activities, such as pre-approval inspections, mock inspections and other efforts needed to prepare for pre-approval inspections.
Annual Program Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(b).

  • You are solely financially responsible for payment of the Annual Program Fee and agree not to submit the Annual Program Fee to Medicare or your private insurance carrier, except for reimbursement from your health savings account (“HSA”), medical savings account (“MSA”) or Flexible Benefits Account (“FBA”) to the extent any such programs provide for reimbursement for the Program.

  • Neither the Practice nor any of its physicians will seek reimbursement for the Annual Program Fee from any insurer, Medicare or other third-party payer for services provided that are included in the Annual Program Fee.

  • As compensation for SEU’s administration of the Program, in accordance with Section 2.2(b) (Installment Payments) of the Installment Payment Agreement, the Agency shall pay a fee to SEU in an amount equal to the Agency Proportionate Share (as defined in Section 1.1 (Definitions) of the Installment Payment Agreement) of SEU’s Annual Program Fee (as defined in the Indenture).

  • The Practice reserves the right to change the Annual Program Fee at any renewal date of this Agreement, by giving you at least thirty (30) days’ advance written notice.

  • You shall be responsible for payment of the full Annual Program Fee if You pay by a credit card that is linked to an HSA, MSA or FBA and the payment is disallowed.

  • Failure to pay the Annual Program Fee (or any monthly installment if You are paying monthly) in a timely manner may result in termination of this Agreement and your membership in the Program.3 Either You or the Practice may terminate this Agreement with thirty (30) days written notice to the other party.

  • You may elect to pay the Annual Program Fee on an annual or on a monthly basis in advance of each month.

  • If you pay the Annual Program Fee in full at the time of enrollment, or at the time of any automatic renewal of this Agreement, the Practice will discount the Annual Program Fee by an amount equal to one-twelfth (1/12) of the then applicable Annual Program Fee at the time of enrollment or any renewal).

  • The Annual Program Fee for a calendar year shall be invoiced at the beginning of that year.

  • The Company and the Master Servicer each will obtain and preserve its qualification to do business as a foreign corporation in each jurisdiction in which such qualification is or shall be necessary to protect the validity and enforceability of this Agreement, the Certificates or any of the Mortgage Loans and to perform its respective duties under this Agreement.

  • Program Fee As defined in the Fee Letter.

  • Development Fee means a fee for the packaging of a Property, including negotiating and approving plans, and undertaking to assist in obtaining zoning and necessary variances and necessary financing for the Property, either initially or at a later date.

  • Program Costs means all necessary and incidental costs of providing program services.

  • Marketing Fee means the fee payable to the Marketer for services it provides to the Trust, which the Sponsor shall pay the Marketer as a Sponsor-paid Expense.

  • Program Expenses means all UHC’s expenses of administering the Program under the Indenture and the Act and shall include without limiting the generality of the foregoing; salaries, supplies, utilities, labor, materials, office rent, maintenance, furnishings, equipment, machinery and apparatus, including information processing equipment; software, insurance premiums, credit enhancement fees, legal, accounting, management, consulting and banking services and expenses; Fiduciary Expenses; remarketing fees; Costs of Issuance not paid from proceeds of Bonds; and payments to pension, retirement, health and hospitalization funds; and any other expenses required or permitted to be paid by UHC.
