ANCF definition

ANCF means the sum of Borrower's ANCF plus Affiliates' ANCF; provided, however, that no particular item of revenue, receipt, expense, or expenditure is intended to be accounted for more than one time in the calculation of Borrower's ANCF and Affiliates' ANCF for any Calculation Quarter.

  • Each Permitted ANCF Distribution shall be calculated with respect to the ANCF Quarter most recently ended and shall not exceed an amount equal to seventy-five percent (75%) of (x) the Dedication Rate multiplied by ANCF for such ANCF Quarter, less (y) the Minimum Scheduled Quarterly Principal Payment; provided that no Permitted ANCF Distributions may be made with respect to ANCF Quarters ending on or before August 31, 2008.

  • All parties hereto acknowledge and agree that, on or before the Quarterly Payment Date following each Calculation Quarter, all ANCF with respect to such Calculation Quarter (and any proceeds from Approved Sales or Financings which are used to pay Bank Debt or the Obligations) shall be applied in the order of the ANCF Hierarchy as set forth in Section 3 of the Intercreditor Agreement.
