Amicus Curae definition

Amicus Curae means “friends of the court”, and refers to the practice of submitting third party interventions to courts in cases of particular interest. The NCHR organises a team for interested students to consider submitting such third party interventions to the European Court of Human Rights. The team will operate for most of 2017, with varying intensity. If you want further information, please contact Kjetil M. Larsen
