Related to Amazon Subcontractor Claim

Sub-subcontractor means any Person, including an Equipment supplier or vendor, who has a direct or indirect contract with a Subcontractor or another Sub-subcontractor to manufacture or supply Equipment which comprises a portion of the Work, to lease Construction Equipment to Subcontractor or another Sub-subcontractor in connection with the Work, to perform a portion of the Work or to otherwise furnish labor or materials.
Major Subcontractor means a Subcontractor who enters into a Major Subcontract.
Key Subcontractor means any subcontractor that will (a) fill any of the following key project roles: project management, lead design firm, quality control management, and quality assurance management or (b) serve as a key task leader for geotechnical, hydraulics and hydrology, structural, environmental, utility or right-of-way issues. Contractor Materials means Materials owned or developed prior to the provision of the Work, or developed by Contractor independently from the provision of the Work and without use of the JBE Materials or Confidential Information.
Contractor Project Manager means the employee identified in a Statement of Work as the Contractor project manager.
