The employer will consider requests for paid trade union training for a delegate or member nominated by the AMACSU, up to a maximum of 5 days per annum, taking into account operational requirements such as the effect on workload for other employees, whether backfilling is required, the amount of notice provided and the need to maintain the level of service delivery.
