Alzheimer S DISEASE’ means the diagnosis of Alzheimer’s disease as confirmed by a consultant neurologist or geriatrician resulting in significant cognitive impairment.

Pre-Licensed Therapist means an individual who has obtained a Master’s Degree in Social Work or Marriage and Family Therapy and is registered with the BBS as an Associate CSW or MFT Intern acquiring hours for licensing. An individual’s registration is subject to regulations adopted by the BBS.
Diversional Therapist means a person who provides, facilitates and co-ordinates group and individual leisure and recreational activities. This person must be a graduate from an approved university course which includes: An Associate Diploma and Diploma of Applied Science (Diversional Therapy); Bachelor of Applied Sciences (Leisure and Health); Bachelor of Applied Science (Diversional Therapy); Diploma or Bachelor of Health Sciences (Leisure and Health); an Associate Diploma course in Diversional Therapy; or who has such other qualifications deemed to be equivalent (such as a Four-year degree, Master’s Degree or PhD).
Nursing program means a series of courses leading to an LPN certificate or an ADN degree provided through a Wyoming community college; or a BSN degree or a Master’s degree provided through the University of Wyoming; or, in the case of a candidate for a doctoral degree, provided through an institution offering the required nursing education courses under contract with the WICHE, or in a distance nursing education program provided through a university that is regionally accredited.
