Agreement Charge definition

Agreement Charge. The monetary amount charged for the provision of the Products and Services detailed on the Quotation. The Agreement Charge may be a variable amount calculated on the consumption of Products and Services and charged on a monthly or quarterly basis throughout the term of the Agreement.
Agreement Charge means the amount You paid for this Agreement shown on the Certification page.
