Agreed Standards definition

Agreed Standards means the standards of conduct set out in Schedule 5 (Agreed Standards);
Agreed Standards means all standards, specifications, guidelines and regulations as to quality, safety and performance as are consistently applied by Miltenyi from time to time with respect to the manufacture and quality control of the relevant Miltenyi Product in accordance with Miltenyi’s established quality system, standard operating procedures, and quality control procedures, and includes (i) any standard(s) as may be specifically determined to be applicable to the manufacture and quality control of the relevant Miltenyi Product (if any) (for example, with regard to the manufacturing of cell processing reagents or processing aids) by agreement between Miltenyi and any relevant Regulatory Authority/ies and as set forth in Miltenyi’s relevant Master Files and/or the Quality Agreement and (ii) any standard(s) as may be expressly agreed between the Parties with respect to a relevant Miltenyi Product from time to time in writing in this Agreement or in an amendment to this Agreement.
Agreed Standards means the standards which the Standards Group agrees should apply to the Programme;

More Definitions of Agreed Standards

Agreed Standards means, to the exclusion of any other standards: (a) with respect to particular Services under a SOW, the agreed standards for performance of such Services, as expressly set forth in such SOW; or (b) with respect to any Biologic to be manufactured and supplied under a SOW, the agreed standards for manufacture and supply of such Biologic, as expressly specified in such SOW or in the applicable Quality Agreement (if any). Notwithstanding the foregoing, Agreed Standards shall include any standards imposed by Applicable Laws and compliance with CMO’s standard and customary operating procedures relating to such activities. Agreed Standards means the Design Standards required by the Town for the design, construction and installation of the Local Improvements in the Development Area, including any alterations to or amendments of such standards and specifications which may be agreed upon in writing by the Town and the Developer. The “Agreed” Standards shall be the Design Standards of the Town in place at the time of the Plans being provided to the Director of Public Works and Land Services. For a phased development, the “Agreed Standards” shall be the Design Standards of the Town in place at the time of Plans being provided to the Director of Public Works and Land Services for each phase of phased development.

  • harmonised standard means harmonised standard as defined in point (c) of point 1 of Article 2 of Regulation (EU) No 1025/2012;

  • Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards means those certain technical requirements and standards applicable to interconnections of generation and/or transmission facilities with the facilities of an Interconnected Transmission Owner or, as the case may be and to the extent applicable, of an Electric Distributor, as published by Transmission Provider in a PJM Manual provided, however, that, with respect to any generation facilities with maximum generating capacity of 2 MW or less (synchronous) or 5 MW or less (inverter-based) for which the Interconnection Customer executes a Construction Service Agreement or Interconnection Service Agreement on or after March 19, 2005, “Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards” shall refer to the “PJM Small Generator Interconnection Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards.” All Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards shall be publicly available through postings on Transmission Provider’s internet website.

  • Quality Standards means the quality standards published by BSI British Standards, the National Standards Body of the United Kingdom, the International Organisation for Standardisation or other reputable or equivalent body, (and their successor bodies) that a skilled and experienced operator in the same type of industry or business sector as the Contractor would reasonably and ordinarily be expected to comply with, and as may be further detailed in the Specification.

  • Standards means: any standards published by BSI British Standards, the National Standards Body of the United Kingdom, the International Organisation for Standardisation or other reputable or equivalent bodies (and their successor bodies) that a skilled and experienced operator in the same type of industry or business sector as the Supplier would reasonably and ordinarily be expected to comply with; any standards detailed in the specification in Framework Schedule 1 (Digital Services) or Framework Schedule 6 (Standards and Security); any standards detailed by the Customer in this Contract or as agreed between the Parties from time to time; any relevant Government codes of practice and guidance applicable from time to time.

  • Air Standards Manager means the Manager, Human Toxicology and Air Standards Section, Standards Development Branch, or any other person who represents and carries out the duties of the Manager, Human Toxicology and Air Standards Section, Standards Development Branch, as those duties relate to the conditions of this Certificate.

  • Accessibility Standards means accessibility standards and specifications for Texas agency and institution of higher education websites and EIR set forth in 1 TAC Chapter 206 and/or Chapter 213.

  • Applicable water quality standards means all water quality standards to which a discharge is subject under the federal Clean Water Act and which has been (a) approved or permitted to remain in effect by the Administrator following submission to the Administrator pursuant to Section 303(a) of the Act, or (b) promulgated by the Director pursuant to Section 303(b) or 303(c) of the Act, and standards promulgated under (APCEC) Regulation No. 2, as amended.

  • NERC Reliability Standards means the most recent version of those reliability standards applicable to the Generating Facility, or to the Generator Owner or the Generator Operator with respect to the Generating Facility, that are adopted by the NERC and approved by the applicable regulatory authorities, which are available at xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/files/Reliability_Standards_Complete_Set.pdf, or any successor thereto.

  • Security Standards means the final rule implementing HIPAA’s Security Standards for the Protection of Electronic PHI, as amended.

  • Clean water standards, as used in this clause, means any enforceable limitation, control, condition, prohibition, standard, or other requirement promulgated under the Water Act or contained in a permit issued to a discharger by the Environmental Protection Agency or by a State under an approved program, as authorized by Section 402 of the Water Act (33 U.S.C. 1342), or by local government to ensure compliance with pre-treatment regulations as required by Section 307 of the Water Act (33 U.S.C. 1317).

  • National Ambient Air Quality Standards or “NAAQS” means national ambient air quality standards that are promulgated pursuant to Section 109 of the Act, 42 U.S.C. § 7409.

  • International Financial Reporting Standards means the accounting standards and interpretations adopted by the International Accounting Standards Board.

  • Financial Regulations means regulations made under section 21 of the Act;

  • Pretreatment standards means all applicable Federal rules and regulations implementing Section 307 of the Act, as well as any nonconflicting State or local standards. In cases of conflicting standards or regulations, the more stringent thereof shall be applied.

  • Service Level Standards has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1 hereof.
