Aggregate Pool Principal Balance. As to any Distribution Date, the aggregate of the Scheduled Principal Balances of the Mortgage Loans which were Outstanding Mortgage Loans on the Due Date in the month preceding the month of such Distribution Date.
Aggregate Pool Principal Balance. As to any Distribution Date, (A) with respect to the Group B Mortgage Loans, the aggregate of the Scheduled Principal Balances of the Group B Mortgage Loans that were Outstanding Mortgage Loans on the Due Date in the month preceding the month of such Distribution Date, and (B) with respect to the Group B-I Mortgage Loans, the aggregate of the Scheduled Principal Balances of the Group B-I Mortgage Loans that were Outstanding Mortgage Loans on the Due Date in the month preceding the month of such Distribution Date.
