Agent Nomination Form definition

Agent Nomination Form means the agent nomination form in the form substantially set out in Appendix TR.8 of the Reference Manual: (a) a copy of which has been duly executed by the Nominated Agent and the Member Principal; and (b) to which these Agency Terms are appended;

Related to Agent Nomination Form

  • Letter of Transmittal and Election Form means the letter of transmittal and election form for use by the Corporation Shareholders with respect to the Arrangement;

  • Anchor Investor Application Form means the form used by an Anchor Investor to make a Bid in the Anchor Investor Portion and which will be considered as an application for Allotment in terms of the Red ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Prospectus and the Prospectus;

  • Election Form means the form established from time to time by the Committee that a Participant completes, signs and returns to the Committee to make an election under the Plan.

  • Deferral Election Form means each form established from time to time by the Administrator that the Executive completes, signs and returns to the Administrator to designate the amount of Deferrals.

  • Nomination Notice means all information and documents that a Nominating Shareholder is required to submit to the Secretary of the Corporation pursuant to Section 3.11f.
