Affiliated Contract definition

Affiliated Contract means any contract, other than the Governing Contract, relating to the Project into which an identical Addendum is incorporated.
Affiliated Contract means, with respect to any Person, a Contract between such Person and any of its Affiliates.
Affiliated Contract shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.

Affiliated Contract means any contract or agreement between the Partnership on the one hand and any Partner, or an Affiliate thereof, on the other hand.
