Adopted Specifications definition

Adopted Specifications means the Specifications that have been approved or adopted by the Association pursuant to the procedures set forth in Section 8 of the present IPR Policy.
Adopted Specifications means Specifications approved or adopted by the Association in accordance with the procedures set forth in these Articles of Association.
Adopted Specifications means Air Interface Specifications that have been approved or adopted by the Alliance pursuant to the procedures set forth in the Corporate Bylaws.

  • In furtherance of the objective of widespread adoption, the Alliance and its Members agree that barriers to industry use of Adopted Specifications should be limited as much as possible.

  • The Association recognizes and understands that such claims may create unexpected financial and legal burdens on companies which are developing and selling products compliant with the Adopted Specifications, and such claims thereby undermine the attractiveness of the Adopted Specification and undermine the purposes and goals of the Association.

  • The Alliance may adopt trademarks and apply for trademark registrations related to the Alliance or Adopted Specifications, and set policies or termsand conditions for use thereof, from time to time, in accordance with the Articles and/or the OCA Policies and Procedures.
