administrative disposition means a document signed by the student and Dean which includes a statement of the disciplinary charges, the findings, the sanction and a waiver of the hearing procedures and possibly a waiver of appeals under Regents’ Rules and Regulations, Rule 50101, and institutional rules regarding student discipline;
administrative disposition means a document issued to a Student Organization which includes a statement of the alleged conduct, institutional rule(s) implicated, investigative findings, and resolution options.
