Each Grantor further agrees, at the Agent’s request (subject to the terms of any documentation governing any Franchise Financing Disposition or Securitization Transaction and subject to each applicable Acceptable Intercreditor Agreement), to assemble the Security Collateral and make it available to the Agent at places which the Agent shall reasonably select, whether at such Grantor’s premises or elsewhere.
