Admin Costs definition

Admin Costs means, for any Product (identified by SKU), the aggregate administrative expenses for Seneca’s Fruit and Vegetable Operations (formerly the Vegetable Division). The definition of “Admin Costs” shall include wages, benefits, corporate overhead and associated expenses, but shall exclude sales and marketing expenses.
