Adjustable Rate Home Equity Loans. The Home Equity Loans identified in Schedule I-B hereto as having adjustable Coupon Rates, including any Qualified Replacement Mortgages delivered in replacement thereof.
Adjustable Rate Home Equity Loans. With respect to the Home Equity Loans, the adjustable rate Home Equity Loans identified as such in Schedule I-A or Schedule I-B hereto, including any Qualified Replacement Mortgages delivered in replacement thereof.   • Mid-Swap Floating Leg Benchmark Rate means EURIBOR (if the Specified Currency is euro), LIBOR for the Specified Currency (if the Specified Currency is U.S. dollars, Pounds Sterling or Swiss Francs), CIBOR (if the Specified Currency is Danish Kroner), NIBOR (if the Specified Currency is Norwegian Kroner), STIBOR (if the Specified Currency is Swedish Kronor) or (in the case of any other Specified Currency) the benchmark rate most closely connected with such Specified Currency and selected by the Calculation Agent in its discretion after consultation with the Issuer;

  • Weighted Average Advance Rate means, as of any date of determination with respect to all Eligible Collateral Obligations included in the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance, the number obtained by (i) summing the products obtained by multiplying (a) the Advance Rate of each such Eligible Collateral Obligation by (b) such Eligible Collateral Obligation’s contribution to the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance and (ii) dividing such sum by the Adjusted Aggregate Eligible Collateral Obligation Balance.

  • Mortgage Interest Rate Cap With respect to an Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the limit on each Mortgage Interest Rate adjustment as set forth in the related Mortgage Note.

  • Variable Rate means a per annum rate of interest, equal to LIBOR plus 1.68%, as determined on the LIBOR Determination Date preceding each Interest Payment Date, reset quarterly, commencing upon expiration of the Fixed Rate Period.

  • Variable Rate Bonds means Current Interest Bonds, which may be either Serial Bonds or Term Bonds, issued with a variable, adjustable, convertible or other similar interest rate which is not fixed in percentage for the entire term thereof at the date of issue, which Bonds may also be Option Bonds.   • Periodic Mortgage Rate Cap With respect to an Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the periodic limit on each Mortgage Rate adjustment as set forth in the related Mortgage Note.

  • Loans means the loans made by the Lenders to the Borrower pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Mortgage Rate Caps With respect to an Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the Periodic Mortgage Rate Cap, the Maximum Mortgage Rate, and the Minimum Mortgage Rate for such Mortgage Loan.

  • Base Rate Revolving Loan means a Revolving Loan that is a Base Rate Loan.

  • First Lien Loans means the loans made under the First Lien Credit Agreement.

  • Base Rate Term Loan means a Term Loan that is a Base Rate Loan.

  • Weighted Average Net Mortgage Interest Rate As to any Distribution Date, a rate per annum equal to the average, expressed as a percentage of the Net Mortgage Interest Rates of all Mortgage Loans that were Outstanding Mortgage Loans as of the Due Date in the month preceding the month of such Distribution Date, weighted on the basis of the respective Scheduled Principal Balances of such Mortgage Loans.

  • Term Loan Interest Rate means for any day a per annum rate of interest equal to the greater of either (i) 9.25% plus the prime rate as reported in The Wall Street Journal minus 3.50% and (ii) 9.25%.
