Adjacent Fields definition

Adjacent Fields means products in the fields of [**] products including but not limited to [**].

  • During the first 12 months of bulk purchases of commercially acceptable PACK PRODUCTS by B&D from A123, B&D agrees to purchase at least [**] percent ([**]%) of the [**] PACK PRODUCTS required by B&D for the Power Tool Field from A123, and A123 agrees that it shall sell the PACK PRODUCTS for use in the Power Tool Field and Adjacent Fields (subject to the requirements of Article III above and Section 4.8 below) only to B&D and to no other entity, no matter where located.
