Additional Sales definition

Additional Sales represents the number of Licensed Terminal Units to be Sold on or after the Acquisition Date and during the remainder of the Term of this Agreement (on a quarter by quarter basis) that would be attributable to a Terminal Unit Business that was Acquired by Licensee or a Licensee Affiliate on or after the Effective Date, as opposed to ordinary, organic Sales growth by Licensee and its Affiliates (other than Acquired Terminal Unit Businesses).
