Additional Credit Support Amount shall have the meaning set forth in the Series Term Sheet.

  • At the time of any additional loan described in this Section 8, Discover Bank as Servicer and the Credit Enhancement Provider may agree in writing that the Supplemental Credit Enhancement Amount, the Increased Credit Enhancement Amount or the Additional Credit Support Amount, as applicable, shall bear interest at a different LIBOR-Based Rate, which rate shall reflect prevailing market conditions and the expected duration of such additional loan.

  • Original Applicable Credit Support Percentage With respect to each of the following Classes of Subordinated Certificates, the corresponding percentage described below, as of the Closing Date: Class B-1 % Class B-2 % Class B-3 % Class B-4 % Class B-5 % Class B-6 %

  • QFC Credit Support has the meaning specified in Section 11.21.

  • Applicable Credit Support Percentage As defined in Section 4.02(e).

  • Credit Support Depletion Date The first Distribution Date on which the Certificate Principal Balances of the Subordinate Certificates have been reduced to zero.

  • Total Commitment Amount means, at any particular time, the aggregate of the Individual Commitments of all of the Lenders at such time.

  • LC Commitment Amount means $600,000,000 as the same may be reduced permanently from time to time pursuant to Section 2.08.

  • Credit Support Default provisions of Section 5(a)(iii) will apply to Party A and will not apply to Party B.

  • Reduction Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2.05(b)(viii).

  • Aggregate Revolving Commitment Amount means the aggregate principal amount of the Aggregate Revolving Commitments from time to time. On the Closing Date, the Aggregate Revolving Commitment Amount is $300,000,000.
