Actual shipper definition
Actual shipper means a party that delivers goods to a carrier with which it has concluded a marine shipping contract, authorizes another party to do so in its name, or authorizes another party to do so on its behalf.

Actual Shipments means volumes of Crude Petroleum that originate on the Pipeline at the Receipt Point and that are ultimately delivered at a Delivery Point. All volumes shall be measured at the Receipt Point.
