Actual Shipments definition

Actual Shipments means volumes of Crude Petroleum that originate on the Pipeline at the Receipt Point and that are ultimately delivered at a Delivery Point. All volumes shall be measured at the Receipt Point.

Actual Shipments means the Barrels of Product that a Shipper delivered to Carrier at an Origin Point for transportation on Carrier’s System during a particular month. For any month during the Base Period that a Shipper does not ship on Carrier’s System, the Shipper’s Actual Shipments for that month will be considered zero.

Examples of Actual Shipments in a sentence

  • For clarity, the Shipper shall remain obligated to pay the Monthly Deficiency Payment on any shortfall between (i) the product of its Committed Volume and the number of days in such Month; and (ii) the Actual Shipments in such Month.

  • For the purposes of this Article 6, the term “Monthly Deficiency Quantity” shall mean the amount by which the product of (a) the Committed Volume, multiplied by (b) the number of days in any given Month, exceeds the applicable Actual Shipments by Shipper on the Diluent Pipeline during the same Month.

  • To the extent permitted by Applicable Law, for Actual Shipments of Committed Volumes, Shipper shall pay the per barrel Committed Toll under a Line 9 international joint tariff for Committed Volumes (the "Line 9 International Joint Tariff").

  • Commencing on the applicable In-Service Date, if the Actual Shipments of Shipper in any Month total less than one hundred percent (100%) of (a) the Committed Volume, multiplied by (b) the number of days in that Month other than by reason of a Carrier Default, Shipper shall make a payment to Carrier equal to the Monthly Deficiency Quantity, multiplied by the Deficiency Toll (the "Monthly Deficiency Payment"), in accordance with this Article 7.

  • Regardless of whether or not Shipper makes Actual Shipments on the Diluent Pipeline, Shipper shall provide its share of Retention Stock as required by the Rules Tariff.


More Definitions of Actual Shipments

Actual Shipments means volumes of Crude Petroleum that originate on the Pipeline at the Receipt Point and are transported on the Pipeline. All volumes shall be measured at the Receipt Point.
