Actual Policy definition

Actual Policy means the actual registered corporate variable universal life insurance product (policy number ), issued by the Insurer and owned by the Executive or the Executive’s designee, for which the Company shall remit Premium to the Insurer on the Executive’s behalf and which shall reflect the Executive’s actual allocation of policy values.

  • In the event the Insurer requires medical information with respect to the Executive in order to increase the death benefit of the Actual Policy, the Company shall notify the Executive that such additional information is necessary.

  • The Company shall be responsible for monitoring any changes in the Executive’s Base Compensation or Targeted Incentive Bonus and for coordinating any adjustment in the death benefit of the Actual Policy, with the Insurer, in order to provide the proper death benefit.

  • SAP Policies means the operational guidelines and policies applied by SAP to provide and support the Cloud Service as incorporated in an Order Form.

  • Servicer Policies and Practices means, with respect to the Servicer’s duties under Exhibit A to the Servicing Agreement, the policies and practices of the Servicer applicable to such duties that the Servicer follows with respect to comparable assets that it services for itself and, if applicable, others.

  • National Flood Insurance Program means the program created by the U.S. Congress pursuant to the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 and the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973, as revised by the National Flood Insurance Reform Act of 1994, that mandates the purchase of flood insurance to cover real property improvements located in Special Flood Hazard Areas in participating communities and provides protection to property owners through a Federal insurance program.

  • D&O Tail Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 5.8(c).

  • Tail Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 6.18(b).

  • D&O Policies has the meaning set forth in Section 8.06.

  • Group Policy /”policy” means the breakdown policy as set out in this document;

  • FCA Handbook means the FCA Handbook of Rules and Guidance as amended from time to time.

  • Fundamental Policies means the investment policies and restrictions as set forth from time to time in any Prospectus or contained in any current Registration Statement of the Trust filed with the Commission or as otherwise adopted by the Trustees and the Shareholders in accordance with the requirements of the 1940 Act and designated as fundamental policies therein as they may be amended from time to time in accordance with the requirements of the 1940 Act.

  • Insurance Administration means, with respect to each Shared Policy, the accounting for premiums, retrospectively-rated premiums, defense costs, indemnity payments, deductibles and retentions, as appropriate, under the terms and conditions of each of the Shared Policies; and the reporting to excess insurance carriers of any losses or claims which may cause the per-occurrence, per claim or aggregate limits of any Shared Policy to be exceeded, and the distribution of Insurance Proceeds as contemplated by this Agreement.

  • Flood Insurance Regulations means (i) the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968 as now or hereafter in effect or any successor statute thereto, (ii) the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973 as now or hereafter in effect or any successor statue thereto, (iii) the National Flood Insurance Reform Act of 1994 (amending 42 USC 4001, et seq.), as the same may be amended or recodified from time to time, and (iv) the Flood Insurance Reform Act of 2004 and any regulations promulgated thereunder.

  • Insurance Information means the insurance information required by the Access Provider pursuant to Clause 5(b)(xi) hereof.

  • Insurance Affordability Program means a program that is one of the following:

  • Health insurance plan means any health insurance policy or health benefit plan offered by a health insurer or a subcontractor of a health insurer, as well as Medicaid and any other public health care assistance program offered or administered by the State or by any subdivision or instrumentality of the State. The term includes vision care plans but does not include policies or plans providing coverage for a specified disease or other limited benefit coverage.

  • Policies shall have the meaning specified in Section 6.1(b) hereof.

  • D&O Policy has the meaning set forth in Section 6.18(b).

  • PRA Handbook means the PRA Handbook of Rules and Guidance as amended from time to time.
