Active Parking Zone definition

Active Parking Zone means those designated parking areas, for which payment is required, and which PBS has made arrangements to permit the PBS service for payment. Active Parking Zones are identified on the Website.

Related to Active Parking Zone

  • Parking Garage means all or a portion of a building or structure the principal or intended principal use of which is the parking or storage of motor vehicles but excludes all or a portion of a building or structure that provides no more than four motor vehicle parking or storage spaces accessory to a residential use;

  • ILUA Area means the geographical area in relation to which the Framework ILUA applies, as specified in Schedule 2 of the Framework ILUA;

  • Parking Areas means those portions of the Project which may be used for parking as depicted on the Site Plan, as such areas may be changed by Landlord from time to time.

  • the parking area means the area designated as a permitted parking area and as a special parking area by article 4 of this Order.

  • Parking Area means the area designated as a permitted parking area and a special parking area by the Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Dundee City Council) Designation Order 2003; and “permitted parking area” and “special parking area” are to be read accordingly;”; and
