Acis Trust definition

Acis Trust means the trust established pursuant to the Acis Post-Confirmation Trust Agreement for the purpose of liquidating and distributing the Acis Trust Assets to the Beneficiaries.

Related to Acis Trust

  • PFPC Trust means PFPC Trust Company or a subsidiary or affiliate of PFPC Trust Company.

  • Business trust means a trust created for the purpose of making a profit through the combination of capital contributed by the beneficiaries of the trust and through the administration or management of the capital by trustees or a person acting on behalf of the trustees, for the benefit of the beneficiaries;

  • Securitization Trust means a trust formed pursuant to a Securitization pursuant to which one or more of the Notes are held.

  • Series Trust means the trust known as the Series [ ] Medallion Trust established pursuant to the Master Trust Deed and the Series Supplement.

  • Lead Securitization Trust means the Securitization Trust created in connection with the Lead Securitization.
