Accutronics definition

Accutronics means Accutronics Ltd., a company organized under the laws of England and Wales. “Accutronics Acquisition” shall mean the acquisition by Ultralife UK Holdco of all of the Equity Interests ofAccutronics from Accutronics Seller, and the consummation of the other transactions contemplated to occur under orpursuant to the Accutronics Acquisition Documents.
