The Corporation shall, at its option, pay the Accumulated Dividend Amount: (A) in cash, to the extent the Corporation is legally permitted to do so; (B) in an additional number of shares of Common Stock equal to (x) the Accumulated Dividend Amount divided by (y) the greater of the Floor Price and 97% of the Share Price; or (C) in a combination of cash and shares of Common Stock in accordance with the provisions of clauses (A) and (B) above.
